Return requests

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your order. Please contact info@paperkeepsakes.net with your order number before sending an item back. Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Contact us about any defective, damaged, or incorrect item so we can help.

Return shipping

Return shipping is free. Contact us for return instructions and a shipping label. Returns are accepted by mail only; in-store returns are not available.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will process an approved refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post it.
